Guitar Lessons Toronto is an in home studio and online guitar lesson platform located at www.guitarlessonstorontocanada.com . All lessons are held in studio or online via Skype and a link will be provided after the user has registered.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they contain rights and obligations of student and teacher.
Key Terms
“User” “you” or “your” means a person, organization or entity using the Services, including Parents and Teacher.
“Parent(s)” means a parent or legal guardian who completes Guitar lessons Toronto’s account registration process to purchase Classes on the Site for the purpose of enrolling their child.
“Student” a person who has been registered for weekly lessons.
“Teacher” the person providing the lesson.
Access and Use of the Service Services
Description: Weekly in studio or online guitar lessons via Skype, all lessons are purchased in discounted packages of 4, 12, 24 or 44 lessons and may have the duration of 30 minutes or 1 hour.
Your Registration Obligations:
You will be required to register via the form online found under the class page “Beginner to Pro” 30 minute packages or “Beginner to Pro” 1hour packages. If you choose to register for the Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract to register for the Service . If you are not yet of legal age to form a binding contract, then you must get your Parent to read these Terms of Service and agree to them for you before you use the Service. If you are a Parent and you provide your consent to your child's use of the Service, then you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service with respect to your child’s use of the Service.
Lessons:
As stated before lessons are weekly and have a duration of 30 minutes or 1 hour. Lessons are purchased in packages of 4 ,12, 24 or 44 lessons. All packages are discounted prices; the prices of the discounted packages can be found on the registration page. Price increases will be notified a week before the final lesson of the package. Once the student has chosen their time slot, they must respect the day and time chosen during registration, this applies also to the teacher. If a student wishes to do a trial lesson before deciding to register the full price of the lesson will be charged and can later be used as a deposit for the package they wish to purchase, in the case of a trial lesson the registration form must still be filled out. The full price of a single lesson is $45 for a 30-minute lesson and $65 for 1 hour. During a holiday there will be no classes. Holidays are considered the exact day for example Christmas is December 25th, the 24th is not a holiday. You will receive the exact dates in the email once you have registered for the package, thus holidays will be excluded.
Lesson Cancellation

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel the booked classes purchased with a package deal, if you do not notify within 24 hours the class will be charged.

 In case of an emergency the 24 hour notice will be overridden at the discretion of the teacher. Emergencies can be sickness, accident, etc. These missed classes must be made up before the final lesson of the package or after the renewal of the next package as the date of renewal will not be extended.

After 3 consecutive classes missed without notice, the package may be canceled once again at the discretion of the teacher.

If you pause for a period due to a vacation the lessons missed must be made up before the end of the package, for example you purchased a 12 lessons and after the 8^th lesson you take a 2 week holiday, upon return you must set up 2 make up classes before renewal, if that is not possible then you can set them up after the renewal date of the package. These are special prices and your time slot is being held whether you have the lesson or not thus the renewal date remains the same and will not be moved.

If you suspend for more than 3 weeks without notice, then your package will be terminated, these are weekly lessons with special discounts, and although we try to accommodate your needs, any package 4 lessons or more will be calculated at the full price of 1 class $65 for 1 hour or $45 for 30 minutes should these terms not be respected. If the student continuously postpones lessons even with a 24 hour notice and then decides to cancel the postponed lessons will be charged. Please read all payment terms below.

Payment Terms
Each person agrees to pay the amount of the lessons before the start of the first lesson via PayPal or Interact Money Transfer. Packages are sold in 4 or 12 lessons and have the duration of 30 minutes . Packages are discounted prices from the actual cost of a single lesson and in booking a 4 or 12 lesson package you agree to occupy the day and time you have chosen for the full period of the package, The true cost of a single 30 minute lesson is $45 any termination made during the period you have booked will have a recalculation of the amount of lessons you have already done at $45 per 30 minutes, plus material expenses which have been given for the classes and the PayPal merchant fee .A cancelation fee of $100 for early termination of the 12 lesson bookings. Any remaining amount will be refunded if instead it results in you owing money nothing will be requested and the package is considered terminated unless you choses an installment plan in that case read below. Note: If the student continuously postpones lessons even with a 24 hour notice and then decides to cancel,  the postponed lessons will be charged. Please read all payment terms below.
New 30 minute weekly subscription at $40 weekly cannot be used to integrate into larger packages. This subscription can be canceled at any time. Weekly Payment must be made before the lesson, if the payment is not made the lesson will not be held.
All personal information collected is solely for the use of contact between the student and the teacher, in no way will it be shared with any other 3rd party.
Installment Plan valid only for 1 hour lessons.

                                 24 Lessons 1 Hour Weekly $48 per hour Total $1152.00 ( 3 Month installment plan $384.00 each )

                                 44 Lessons 1 Hour Weekly $ 40 per hour Total $ 1760.00 ( 5 Month installment plan $352.00 each)

If You choose to pay with an installment plan either 24 or 44 lesson packages, you must contact me so I can invoice you the 1st payment, also if you choose the installment plan and then cancel before the final payment, the lessons that you have already done will be recalculated at $65 an hour and the difference will be charged if any after the cancelation fee, PayPal or Square fee, and material fee are applied. If instead after the calculations are made you will be refunded within 90 days any remaining amount. Note that these fees are only charged if you cancel the instalment plan, they are not charged along with your payments and are fees that I sustain if the student completes the package.

If you are integrating from the 4 lesson package then that will be considered your 1st installment payment and the plan will result as:  

                24 lessons remaining amount $932.00 ( 2 Month installments $466.00 each)
                44 Lessons remaining amount $ 1540.00 ( 4 months installments at $385.00 each)

Lesson Renewal Policy:
 Once your package has finished you will be emailed a renewal invoice right after the final lesson. 24 hours after the invoice has been sent the time-slot you selected will go live again until the payment has been made. If someone else books that time-slot before you have made the payment, your invoice will be canceled and you will be asked to choose a new day and time, once you have done that a new invoice will be emailed confirming the changes.  If you choose to not renew your package and suspend even for a brief period the package deal is considered canceled, if you return you will be charged with the price listed online.
